Post Republicans

Should Trump cause the Republican party to fracture (as Bill Kristol suggests) it will decidedly split into more than two parties. The current Republican party is made up of groups that truly have nothing in common and no reason to support each other. The party now, as I see it, consists of:

Corporate Fascists
Theocrats
Anarchists
Jingoists
and Other, where other is the hate filled, spiteful bigot class.

How does that shake out? What are the alliances that stick together?

Letter to Sarah Palin

Dear Sarah Palin,

You do not speak American. No one speaks "American" as that is not an actual language. The language in question is called "English". It is a Germanic language that has borrowed words from Romance languages (Spanish, French, etc.).  It seems possible that when you demanded that immigrants learn to speak "American", you were referring to the American dialect of the English language. Even making that assumption, I would be remiss not to point out that you are famously bad at speaking "American"*

Please, Ms Palin, stop demanding that others learn to speak a language that you yourself have not mastered.
