Russian Nesting Doll seems like too obvious as a metaphor . . .

I have been saying (here and elsewhere) for quite some time that the GOP as a whole is at least complicit in the Russian program to subvert and undermine American Democracy. There are obvious moles (Dana Rohrbacher, anyone?) within the Republican Party, to be sure. But now it looks like the entire structure of the GOP may be wholly owned by Putin and his cronies.

Paul Manafort was paid millions of dollars to be an agent for Vladimir Putin. That's the same Paul manafort that ran the Trump presidential campaign. So Flynn, Sessions and Manafort all work for the Russians.

The Donald has touted his relationship with Vladimir Putin and praised the dictator on several occasions. Now comes word that Trump's campaign manager has been on Putin's payroll. Manafort got over 12 million dollars for his services. More here.

Now Trump's daughter and Putin's girlfriend are vacationing together. Seriously.

It seems like this should raise eyebrows.
