They are all frauds

This is no surprise. You don't expect Sarah Palin, Ben Carson et al to actually write anything. These people are grifters, nothing more. The right is filled with people like Milo. They don't have ideas, or skills, or anything worthwhile. If they did, they might do actual work somewhere.

Letter to Sarah Palin

Dear Sarah Palin,

You do not speak American. No one speaks "American" as that is not an actual language. The language in question is called "English". It is a Germanic language that has borrowed words from Romance languages (Spanish, French, etc.).  It seems possible that when you demanded that immigrants learn to speak "American", you were referring to the American dialect of the English language. Even making that assumption, I would be remiss not to point out that you are famously bad at speaking "American"*

Please, Ms Palin, stop demanding that others learn to speak a language that you yourself have not mastered.
