Scott Walker isn't a serious candidate. He isn't even a serious person. When he answers questions, he sounds like a slightly below average teenager being faced with things that are way over his head. Unserious is the word, really.

I am the harbinger
September 24 is my birthday. I am very glad to learn that this year will be the last birthday, not only for me, but for everyone! MwaaaaHaaaaHaaaaa!
